We will look for deformities, malfunctions, or any type of non conformities that we are asked to inspect. If parts are considered inferior, we will sort those parts out and return the quality parts with full confidence of inspection. Once the products have been inspected we repackage the parts in the original package, a new package, or return the items how the customer specifies. We have the capabilities to inspect a variety of items, from parts to printing to packaging.

All sorting/ inspection procedures include a containment of the nonconforming products to isolate them from the normal production process. We establish a separate containment area outside of the production area, so as to totally isolate the nonconforming products from the normal production.
